Our Process

1. In-Person Appointment
   The owner, Jake Clark, will discuss material and design options with you along with getting an idea of what will fit within your budget. 

2. Project Estimate 
   After consultation, we will calculate the exact price for the project and send out an estimate via email. Engineered design drawings are available upon request for a fee.

3. Deposit Payment 
   Once the estimate is accepted and a down payment is received, your spot will be reserved within our schedule and estimated timeline will be provided to you.

4. Construction Begins 
   We will begin with demo (if applicable) and then proceed with building the deck or structure. Weather is the biggest factor of scheduling, but we will be sure to communicate when weather impacts our timeline.
